Data Analysis

Data Analysis Systems Department plays a key role sorting out big data related to each company unit using data mining tools. Organised data becomes significant through several statistical analysis and modeling tools and presented to the relevant units with various visualisation tools. Thus enables us to see ahead in all our operations.

Our Data Analysis Systems team is able to do several analyses and predictions about almost every unit of the company, using the data sets in the databases. Conducts analyses on many subjects and areas that are particularly relevant to the production and sales departments. The analyses include many outputs about the operational needs for the relevant units to see both their current status and future. Quality Improvement

Determined to increase the product and production quality of the company, the Quality Improvement Team is responsible for engineering studies including small, medium and large-scale projects, and statistical-based activities in accordance with the Six Sigma methodology. Conducts projects to reduce costs, increase productivity towards zero error production, and standardisation of process parameters. Intensive engineering on topics such as systematic studies developed to produce new products with zero error, increase machine efficiency, periodic controls to keep the process under control, strategic products manufactured correctly the first time, shortening of process times and eliminating some processes if necessary.

Through lean management perspective and technical training we aim at continuous improvement and sustainability and we work to create a lean culture among our staff in ways of doing business.
