After all finishing processes, produced fabrics are controlled by our quality control department on basis of a 4 point system. Our company uses 7 pieces of quality control machines, one of which is deployed immediately after ram machine.
Colour evaluations on dyed batches are conducted with Datacolor Spectrophometer which also comprises a pre-conditioning unit (Vindon Cabin). In addition, a colour chart system on basis of company and colour is also utilised in order to keep colour reproducibility under control.
All errors and width and weight data are recorded in the database and used in risk analyses for new order.
